Lebanese cuisine is probably the most popular of the Middle Eastern cuisines. It has made a real impact on the ethnic catering available in the UK. We are pleased to offer Lebanese catering as part of our catering services. Lebanese catering is influenced by the Mediterranean and incorporates lots of olive oil, garlic and lemon juice. It concentrates on enhancing flavours of fresh meats and vegetables with fresh herbs and spices. There are very few Masala type sauces which means that the menu choices are perfect for canapés and starters. It is a delicious addition to the Indian menu. Many dishes can be served cold, and the rich colours and fresh flavours that Lebanese catering supplies can make a great alternative menu to offer guests. For example salads such as Tabouleh or Fatoush can make excellent canapé bites and can be served in individual portions allowing guests to mingle whilst they enjoy the food. Lebanese catering also offers excellent choice for vegetarians.
