Curry Special Limited operates from approved state of the art premises that confirm to the very highest standards of food safety and hygiene management. The production facility has been designed to eliminate technical food safety risks where practicable through effective work flow and systematic design. The facility is audited by our team of Consultant Environmental Health Officers to ensure that the highest industry standards are maintained at all times. The production facility has the latest technical systems to monitor our HACCP food safety processes including temperature monitoring and CCTV controls. The state of the art production facilities have been designed and purpose built for the production of Indian food in vast quantities.
