- When should I book catering services for my party?

- Will I get pricing immediately?
A quote should be given to you over the phone as long as the party caterer has all the required details. Written quotes can be requested. There may be short delay with a quote if seasonal items are requested or other catering services such as staffing and crockery hire.
- Do party caterers provide food service equipment?
Catering for parties comes hand in hand with the provision of food service equipment. The party caterer should be able to give a quote for food and supplying the tableware and chaffing units or food warmers. Party catering companies have first hand knowledge of the equipment required so leaving the responsibility to them will ensure no hiccups on the day. There may well be extra hire charges for certain equipment , these should be quoted in writing prior to confirmation. - What kind of kitchen equipment will be needed?
