Opened in 1900, the remarkable architecture of the Russell was inspired by the Chateau de Madrid. It boasts a central location in Bloomsbury and lavish banqueting facilities. The Wharncliffe Suite

The Wharncliffe Suite with 4ft statues supporting the magnificent inlaid ceiling with pin spotlights and an orchestra balcony make the room spectacular for speciality dining. A 400 guest capacity makes it ideal for wedding receptions.

The Woburn Suite

The Woburn Suite interconnects the Wharncliffe and has a contemporary look with a state of the art lighting and visual display system. A projection screen which rises from the floor and plasma screens render the room ideal for presentations. Using the system for a slideshow of photos would be equally effective. Whether you use the Woburn for a cocktail reception or a pre-wedding breakfast or a wedding ceremony or even the main dinner reception, with its 350 guest capacity its versatility as a suite is impressive.
